Meet Cristal

For years, I struggled with a cycle of disordered eating (yo-yo dieting, the binge-restrict cycle) creating a lot of issues around my body image, self love, confidence, and mindset.  I felt incredibly stuck trying to find my passion & what I wanted to do with my life… I felt lost in every aspect of my life

I was constantly trying to change myself externally for others, avoiding looking inward to discover my truth. I was constantly numbing and distracting myself from the truth: something needed to change.

I decided to follow my deep passion for health & wellness to explore living a life of vitality, and ultimately pursued my education in the field. I knew I had the power to heal my own body through experience & education — so I did just that.

As a result of my all-or-nothing lifestyle mindset, and my poor mental & emotional health, I found myself facing major nervous system dysregualtion, severe leaky gut syndrome and hormonal imbalances.

This caused painful cystic acne — resistant to all changes I threw at it (including Accutane), chronic digestion issues, being in a fight/flight/freeze state, losing my period for a year, struggling in secret with mental health issues & feeling purposeless

Through deep inner transformation, and by bridging the gap between mental health nd physical body I was able to heal my mind & body to live the vibrant and healthy life I always envisioned for myself.

Today, I lean on all of the lifestyle changes & techniques that I have learned along the way to help create a personalized protocol for my clients, in order for them to embrace the shifts & modifications that will hold the relief & healing they are deeply seeking on the other side
