A general guideline of the approaches we lean on to make your transformation eternalreach far past the program end date

  • There is a trend following epidemic in the world of health & wellness. This has created the false belief in many that since they have tried everything that has worked for others and have seen no results — they do not have the ability to heal.

    My mission is to help you explore what foods & lifestyle practices are healing for your concerns and goals. We will work to understand your body and it’s unique needs, in order to fuel you on a cellular level that brings you deep fulfillment.

  • PRIMARY FOOD is the collection of the essential elements of life that fuel you off your plate (i.e., career, relationships, physical activity, home environment, social life, spirituality, finances, etc.) — these all deeply affect the food we actually eat, and our quality of life.

    SECONDARY FOOD is the food that fuels you on the plate. The way we nourish ourselves is directly correlated to our level of content & peace in your primary food.

    We will gain an understanding into where you are currently in regards to these multi-faceted realms & explore where we are headed on the journey to self-discovery & healing!

  • The nervous system controls every single function in our bodies. As a result it creates a lot of dysfunction in our bodies and lives. We will work together towards creating a dynamic and safe nervous system to support you in healing.

  • Somatic healing sessions geared towards tuning into your bodies deepest wisdom and unblocking all the keys to healing that lay beneath the surface.

  • Your mindset determines your reality.

    What you think you’re worthy of, the food and lifestyle choices you make, the way you live, the way you respond to triggers & the natural roadblocks that occur in the human experience.

    Your entire life will change once you commit to doing the work to change your mindset.

  • By using the ‘crowding out method’ — you will learn to guide yourself through the adding in more of what you want in your life as opposed to hyper-fixating on all the things you want to remove from your life.

    Eventually, you will notice the positive additions will begin to crowd out the habits, foods, mindsets, lifestyle choices, etc. that are holding you back from your aligned vibrant state.

  • By simplifying health, you will be guided to feel empowered in making effortless lifestyle choices that are aligned with your health goals.

    We will work on your relationship with your routine & building a routine that feels aligned to be able to sustain it long term. With the ability to almost effortlessly tweak & change it as you evolve!
